• Online ordering system

• AI-powered content generation

4. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Subscription Plans and Payments

Free Plan: We offer a free tier with basic features. No payment is required for the free plan.

Pro Plan: The Pro plan is available for €9.90 per month and includes additional features such as custom domain support and unlimited AI usage.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel your subscription.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Upload or transmit malicious code or content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

7. Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including menu items, images, and restaurant information. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Our Content: The Service, including its design, features, and AI-generated content templates, is owned by QuantumTrail s.r.o. and protected by intellectual property laws.

8. AI-Generated Content

Our Service includes AI-powered features that generate content such as menu descriptions and images. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may require review and editing
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publication
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuantumTrail s.r.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may export your data before termination where technically feasible.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the Czech Republic.
